Ellis Creative LLC runs elliscreative.net. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to Elliscreativellc@gmail.com.

What you give us

Content Plan Builder. Your answers about your business are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI model, so it can write your video ideas. Your plan is also saved in your own browser so it's there when you come back.

30-Day Posting Challenge. When you join, we keep your name, email, business description and plan so we can send your weekly emails, invite you to the group calls and follow up with you.

KC Spotlight nominations. We keep the details you send so we can reach out to you and the business you nominated.

This information is stored with the services we use to run the site and our business: Netlify (website hosting and forms) and Notion (where we keep track of sign-ups).

What we measure

We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, like which pages they visit and whether they finish a tool or join the challenge. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this. We never send your name, email or anything you type into our tools to Google. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services listed above that help run the site.

Your choices

Every challenge email has a one-tap unsubscribe. To see, change or delete the information we have about you, email Elliscreativellc@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. To clear a plan saved on your device, use "Start over" on the plan page or clear your browser's site data.
